What to Expect

Where We Deliver?

Life is full of uncertainties, and we want to take away just one of them! Here’s what you can expect from your Poco Posy experience.

First

Firstly, you will place your flower order either online or through the phone with one of our beautiful staff members! We take same day orders and orders for later dates. Fresh flowers are sourced daily and we create one special posy a day, available in 5 in different sizes.

If you order in person, we will take down your order, including flower selection, delivery address, delivery date and whether you prefer a morning or afternoon delivery (we deliver twice a day). We will then help you process payment, and that’s it – all done! If you are completing your order online, it’s the same process with a computer or phone.

Second

Provide us with your mobile number and we will send you a delivery SMS so you can track your order and even send messages directly to the driver! We will then create your posy from our selection of daily fresh flowers and one of our lovely delivery drivers will then make their way around Melbourne delivering posies, which are kept fresh in a cool car with water, until they reach your delivery address! We deliver twice a day – in the morning and afternoon – depending on when you place your order and how quickly we sell out of posies.

Third

Once our driver reaches your delivery address, we will either hand deliver the flowers to the person if they are at home or work, or will follow the instructions you have left us for delivery with your order.

If the person is not at home (or in the office), we find a cool, secure place to leave your flowers, take a photo so you can view in the SMS tracking.

If our drivers have any problems with delivering an order, we are readily available back at the studio to help them out. Generally, if we can’t resolve the issue ourselves, we’ll give you a call for some additional help.

We understand you are probably eagerly awaiting a sign that your flowers have been delivered so we send you a text message on delivery to keep you updated and so you can inform the recipient if we’ve missed them.
